Can I update my registration information?
Yes, your information can be updated anytime as needed. Just contact us or give us a call 1-877-875-5591 and we can take care of it for you.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We prefer you bring either your printed or digital ticket(s) with you to the event. However, if you forget or don't have it we can look up your registration information. No worries.

Can I pay the day of the ride?
Yes you can! We encourage you to preregister online to cut down on wait times and paperwork on the day of the ride. Also, those who register online will receive more chances to win on event day.

What is the refund policy?
Registration is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the event. No questions asked. 

​What if I don't know how to ride or have my own motorcycle? 
Colonial Harley-Davidson has learn to ride programs and even motorcycles to rent. Contact them directly to learn more about these programs. Even if you have no desire to learn to ride, we still invite you to join the fun. Your registration will allow you to be entered to win the door prizes and participate in the 50/50 drawing. Also, your donation will be helping a family in need.

Do I have to pay a registration fee for each person?
No, registration is per bike not per person.  However, a completed waiver form will be needed for each and every rider. The waivers can be found here. Waivers will need to be turned in the day of the event.
